All purchases from our website are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before placing an order, as in purchasing from us, you indicate your understanding and agreement to being bound by these terms.

We aim to accurately display the colours of our products online, but please be aware that the colours you see on your monitor may not exactly reflect the colours of the product on delivery.
Please note that there may be slight irregularities in the fabric and/or print. These are unavoidable natural characteristics of the manufacturing process when using natural materials.
Care instructions
It is imperative you follow the care instructions for the ongoing quality of your product. We do not offer refunds, replacement or free repair for goods that have been damaged by misuse and failure to follow these instructions.
Shipping
Please note, there may be a delay in shipping due to COVID-19.
Free shipping within Australia on orders $150 and over.
$10 shipping for orders under $150.
Free shipping in the Ballarat area. Please email us at hello@nyattski.com for a discount code. The free shipping discount code is for Ballarat locals only, and we appreciate you for respecting this. We cannot accept the use of the discount code if it has been misused. We thank you for your understanding.
For overseas shipping please email us at hello@nyattski.com so we can give you the most accurate shipping cost.
Unfortunately we cannot ship our ceramic pieces overseas.
Please be aware that your country may charge you import duty fees. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly before making a purchase.
We are not responsible for any fees that may apply, or delays due to customs.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for international orders.
Please make sure your address is correct, especially if you have a unit number. Incorrectly addressed parcels that require resending will incur shipping charges to re-post. We are not held responsible for any loss or damage as a result.
We do our best to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
We ship with parcel tracking via Australia Post. We will email you a tracking number on dispatch so you can keep track of your order.
We hold no responsibility for any delays in the arrival of your package that are beyond our control.
Returns - Australian Orders Only
We really hope you love your purchase, but if you have any issues please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product so that we can arrange a refund or replacement. Any product you return must be unused and in the same condition and packaging you received it in or you may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at hello@nyattski.com prior to returning an item and we will provide you with the return address. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Once item(s) are returned, the refunds will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
