Returns - Australian Orders Only
We really hope you love your purchase, but if you have any issues please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product so that we can arrange a refund or replacement. Any product you return must be unused and in the same condition and packaging you received it in or you may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us prior to returning an item and we will provide you with the return address. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Once item(s) are returned, the refunds will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
